How long have you been doing what you do?
Global Team Solutions was founded in 2010. Denise and Janice had their independent consulting companies that were thriving for approximately 5 years prior to joining forces to give you Global Team Solutions. Their approaches and philosophies were very similar, and knew they could serve the dental community even better if they teamed up to bring you Global Team Solutions.
Who are your clients?
GTS primarily works with privately owned dental practices. Our clients have ranged from small offices with 1 doctor and only 2-3 team members to multiple doctor practices with 20+ team members.
How are you different from other practice management consultants?
We have all walked in the shoes of the team members; Denise as an office manager, Janice as a hygienist and office manager & Chris has worked as an assistant and office manager. We understand the dental office through practical application.
Additionally, we return to your office on a monthly basis to review previously implemented protocols and train/coach on the next step. We feel that this provides a more customized program, which in turn, creates lasting effects for the team.
What is expected of me?
Our clients and their teams are simply expected to understand that this is not a magic wand, but a series of systems to be applied in your practice. It is going to entail a little bit of change on everyone’s part, which will pay big dividends. We find that practice owners that are committed to taking their practice to the next level will receive the best results when working with Global Team Solutions.
For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?
Please know that we are very selective with whom we work with; we cherry-pick our clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for our programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
Some of these professionals include the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, we gently and respectfully ask that you not call and we hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and we wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
Do your programs work?
Yes! The result of our work is an approach to, over time and with your dedication, works consistently to attract and keep all the patients you need, while maintaining a harmonious working environment. Our methods are PROVEN! Just ask for a list of references!

How quickly can I expect results?
This really depends on how long you have been in business and what changes are needed. That being said, practically all of our clients see results within the first couple of months…a lot of times even the very first month of working with us. We get your team motivated and excited to be taking the next steps in your practice’s success.
Will I recover my investment in your consulting services?
Absolutely! Many times our clients report they were able to see the return on their investment within the first couple of months. What you get with our program are techniques that will continue to generate income in your practice for years to come.
While it’s difficult to estimate how quickly you’ll recover your investment in your program, we can say that we’ve had clients recover their full program investment in just a few weeks while other clients may take several months or perhaps even a year or two. We cannot predict with absolute certainty when you’ll recover the full amount of your investment, but we can predict that if you do the work then you’ll reap the rewards in time.

There’s an irony in the fact that I know I need to work with you,
yet I can’t afford to – what should I do?
We get this question all the time, and we’re happy to respond to it. Yes, working with us is indeed an investment, not only of your money but also of your time. We pride ourselves in helping clients identify the program that is best for them, and that includes not over-investing in a program if it is not the right solution given where you are. We tell clients that there’s no need to invest in a Cadillac if a Ford will do the trick! We make sure that clients are investing their time and financial resources as wisely as possible when they work with us.
Let’s start by shifting your mindset from I can’t afford it to how can I afford it? Our job is to get you to think in an empowered way about how to move forward, and sometimes that means getting creative about how to afford the guidance that you need. While we’re happy to work with clients to help them determine how to pay for a program, we also ask that if you feel you’re ready to work with us that you do some thinking in advance about how you may be able to afford the program. We’d be happy to explore your ideas with you during our initial call to help you get comfortable with making an investment. Think about where you may be leaving money on the table?
