Option 1

This package includes a wants and needs brainstorming meeting to ensure we understand the direction the practice owner wants to follow. We will then provide guidance and support with financing, practice design and construction, insurance credentialing, system/protocol creation, employee training and much, much more. You will have unlimited email and phone support throughout the contract.
Start-Up Package
Option 2

Begins 90-120 days before first day of business

10 month program
This package includes everything mentioned in option 1 along with team management coaching and ongoing employee training. We will coach your team on patient retention and continually implement systems and protocols necessary to ensure a seamless first year of business. You will receive monthly visits to the practice which include a follow up report and weekly phone calls to the team. Unlimited email and phone support is also included in this option.
