Nilesh was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and received a BS in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Tennessee. He then traveled to multiple parts of the country working in different parts of the medical and dental field. He was introduced to Denise and Janice in 2017 where he began marketing and working behind the scenes for Global Team Solutions. When joining GTS, Nilesh saw an opportunity to not just work with a great team, but provide services that many dental and medical practices need. His goal is to spread the word that doctors and practices do not have to have a cookie cutter approach when it comes to consulting. Individualized and customized approach to problem-solving is what practices need, and working with GTS has enabled him to work with a team that shares a common vision. He follows the philosophy of ‘connecting with the heart-beating people he’s trying to help and communicate’.

An avid traveler and Tennessee Volunteer fan, he currently resides in Atlanta with his beautiful wife. In his free time, Nilesh enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
