Carla’s journey in Dentistry has been vast and covering over 19 years of dedication and support to both patients and dental offices. For doctors and staff, Carla has helped dental offices build from the ground up while maintaining staff without turnover and promoting teamwork. Carla uses her vast experience in the profession to implement systems for dental practice growth and team building which is extremely important. She is also very good in nurturing long-lasting patient relations. On patient care, Carla believes that educating them on the fact that their dental health can affect their overall health helps build a relationship that will last a lifetime. Carla’s experience and charisma have come in very handy to keep many of the offices she’s worked with to have long lasting continued growth.

She is exclusively good at using her enthusiastic, optimistic and future-oriented nature to generate ideas and implement actionable plans needed to create the ideas to a result-oriented conclusion. She’s a fellow with the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and Vice President of the West Central Florida AADOM local chapter. Carla also keeps her skills sharp and up to date with ongoing continuing education. This is especially important because of the changing technological upgrades in the profession.

Additionally, Carla enjoys working and nurturing relationships with people from various backgrounds and cultures. This is achieved through her excellent communication skills, and establishing a good rapport with them. She is underpinned by astute long-term client-relationship building principles and she enjoys learning about diverse cultures, reading, traveling, and listening to diverse perspectives of opinions.
